Whittemore’s Real Estate was founded in 1969 by Alton Whittemore. Alton was known for his integrity and outstanding business philosophy that he brought to the real estate market. In 1975, Van Ames started working for Alton and in 1977 he purchased the business. Christopher Perkins became joint owner in 1990 and together, along with their agents, they are offering the same great service to their customers that Whittemore’s Real Estate has always been known for.
